I poured 6 ounces of parents choice baby water and I recommend doing so for up to 3 months then I added 3 scoops of enfamil infant, and lastly I added 2 scoops of Gerber baby cereal, and my baby loves this it makes her feel satisfied when she eats and she loves the taste she still eats the same amount of milk but she's more happy with this and I reccomend this when your baby is always spitting up, BTW my baby is 2 months old
