Here is an easy recipe which is pretty versatile to use:
💁🏻♀️RECIPE:
In a pan or kadhai roast each of the seed separately.
100 gms saunf, unsalted
100 gms dhania dal, salted
50 grams flax seeds
50 grams chia seeds
50 grams sesame seeds.
Let them cool.
Mix well & bottle
5 ways to use them:
Have it after a meal
sprinkle on fruit
Add to a porridge
Eat as a part of snack
Sprinkle on salad
