MyMCMedia's Deirdre Byrne spoke to Gilberto Zelaya, public information officer for Montgomery County Board of Elections, about how early voting will change for Maryland's June 2 election because of the coronavirus. Zelaya is recommending people request a Vote By Mail ballot so they can continue practicing social distancing but still exercise their rights to vote.
