How to make a gas station ? - 3D Animation - All equipment used in petrol station
Overfill Prevention Valve - How it works?
When the liquid level rises to about 95% of tank capacity, the valve mechanism is released to reduce the flow rate to 18.9 liters/minute. If the delivery is not stopped and the liquid rises to 98% of tank capacity then the valve closes completely and no additional liquid can flow into the tank unless product liquid is sold from the tank.
The filling level management - How it works?
The filling level management system for precise measurement of fill level, water level and temperature, gives an accurate view inside the fuel tanks of the filling station.
Vents -How it works?
The vents are provided in order to allow air to be drawn into the tanks as liquid is dispensed and as an emergency pressure release fort he tank vapour recovery system.
Submersible pump - How it works
An integral motor and pumping unit is located in the fuel storage tank. The pump pressurises fuel supply pipework to one or more dispensers, which do not themselves contain pumping unit. Pressure monitor, air separator and other control mechanisms are usually located on the tank top.
MLLD -Mechanical Line Leak Detectors - How it works?
(MLLDs) are pressure-operated valves designed to detect leaks of 11 or more liters per hour (lph). MLLDs perform a test of the piping each time the pump is turned on. In the event of a failed leak test, MLLD is capable of reducing the flow of product to the dispenser and its along with an electronic relay to shut down the pump when the MLLD detects a potential leak.
Double-walled tank lead detection system - How it works?
Leak detection system detects and indicates leaks in double-walled tanks. The pump in the leak detector creates a fixed operational overpressure in the interstitial space.
In case of a leak, the compressed air will escape through the leak. This prevents product or groundwater entering the interstitial space.
Leaks in one of the walls will be detected and indicated by an optical and audible alarm before any stored product can pollute the environment.
THREAD-ON SPILL CONTAINER - How it works?
When the tank re-filling is finished the pipe is removed, the excess fuel is contained in the spill container. The flush in the cover is linked directly to the tank.
Shutoff- valve - How it works?
Shuts off the fuel both on the product side and the dispenser end thanks to its double poppet design
Pump Automation System - How it works?
is a complete system where you can control and check every transaction from pump and tanks.
All Sales
All liquid fuel dispenser sales are saved in the system instantly online. All transactions are recorded in the electronic environment.
Support Automation Systems
Compatible with all electronic units. They are integrated online with the systems such as Tank, Accounting, POS Devices, Information/Loyalty Management Devices, Electronic Payment Terminals, Cash Registers, UPS, Prices Panel, Car Wash, Vehicle Identification, etc.
Customer and Vehicle Management
All customers who have Customer and Vehicle Identification units are known by the system. The system manages the usage limits. The customer or the vehicle is given the right quantity of the right fuel type.
Current Customers
The current customer management is carried out in the electronic environment without struggling with slip, coupon, counterfoil, etc.; the transactions of the customer cars are viewed in detail. All transactions are concluded in seconds.
Multilayer Easy Reporting
All sale transactions are reported in a filterable way. The reports may be both the built-in reports and the user-defined reports in special formats.
