From 1984 through 2009, the Living Christmas Tree was an important outreach of Grant Memorial Church. Each year beginning in February, plans would be undertaken for this pre-Christmas live production, which would take place over a dozen nights, fueled by the efforts of hundreds of volunteers. Original stories portraying the message of God’s love for all people, would come to life, aided by choirs standing in the tree, actors, support cast and amazing special effects. Memories still live strongly in the hearts of those who participated in these treasures and our hope is that they will inspire you to draw closer to God in this season of celebration.
