Chief Minister announced the setting up of a Cabinet sub-committee for taking measures to promote food processing industry.Calling for steps to give a major push to promotion of food processing industry in the State, Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao on Saturday wanted at least 100 more food processing units to be established in 30 districts.Every Assembly constituency should have one food processing unit meeting to the local needs, he said at a review meeting with Ministers, MPs and senior officials at Pragati Bhavan on the flagship programmes of the Telangana government announced the setting up of a Cabinet sub-committee for taking measures to promote food processing industry.four Ministers – Pocharam Srinivas Reddy, Etela Rajender, T Harish Rao and KTR Will Take Initaite In A Commitee.Chief Minister also directed Ministers to initiate process for constituting district level Farmers Associations Coordination Committees (FACC).
