Hi guys today I will be sharing my version of cheese rolls
For the Ingredients
Dough 1
1 packet of yeast or 8g or 2 1/4 tsp
1 cup plain flour
2/3 cup warm water
1 tbsp sugar
For the second dough
2 1/4 cup plain flour plus 2 tbsp
3 egg yolk
1 whole egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
the first dough
2 tbsp melted butter for brushing after the bread has been bake
cheddar cheese about 17 sticks
1 tbsp oil
For the topping
100 g room temperature butter
1 tbsp milk
sugar as needed
