If you're after the best iOS games of 2013 for the iPhone and the iPod Touch, then this clip will help you a bunch.
These are my favorite iOS games of the moment and I'm playing them on my iPhone 5, but they'll also run fine on the iPhone 4S, 4 and 3GS, plus the iPod touch 5th and 4th generations. Older models however might have issues running some of these games.
