SUP SURFING - BIG FUN ON SMALL WAVES.

My Life Recipe includes doing AT LEAST ONE FUN THING EVERY WEEK.

This weeks "fun thing" for me was a surf with a few mates on our SUP's down the coast.

For those that are wondering, SUP is short for Stand Up Paddle Board (it should really be SUPB) but that doesn't sound as good.

We had a great day out surfing on our SUPs at one of our favourite beaches along the NSW south coast.

Catching small waves with a few others on a quiet day doesn't get much better than this.
