Small fenestra stapedotomy under local anasthesia. Tympano meatal flap elevated. Chorda tympani nerve identified and small bony overhanging removed by curetting. Chorda separated and stapedial tendon cut with scissors. Incudostapedial joint disarticulated and supra structure of stapes removed. Small fenestra made and titanium piston placed between long process of incus and foot plate area. Mobility checked and tympanomeatal flap replaced back.
