This video is about flex classes on outschool, how they work and how I schedule them out.
I am a homeschool parent of 20+ years. I have educated my three adults children from K-12th grade, 2 of which are now in College. I have a Masters degree in teaching and learning with technology, and a Bachelor's degree in organizational management. I have training in behavioral therapy and am able to apply this to all my classes to be able to reach kids of all ages and abilities. classroom. I have been working online for about 10 yrs, I have worked as a virtual assistant, online teacher (VIP KID, Outschool, Magic Ears). I love helping students, teachers, and homeschool parents, learn how to make education fun and engaging.
My teaching style is definitely, I would say, student led. I have learned through parenting my own kids, and teaching other children as well, that kids know what works best for them, helping them find this is a great way to engage them in the learning process. This is what makes education fun for everyone.
