The reason new computers run slow out of the box it's because computer companies that sell the computers load all kinds of programs on there most of them you're never going to use. Programs that will start in task manager where you need to go in and disable them all. You also need to go to the search bar and type in all apps and uninstall applications in your list of programs that you don't want.
One thing I didn't cover in a video is if you have automatic updates on that will slow your computer down significantly turn off automatic updates and choose which updates you want
