Today we're looking at a high condition pair of Mauser C/96 Broomhandles made towards the end of the era known as Pre-War Commercial guns. We'll take a closer look at some of the differences in these guns vs earlier guns, as well as talk about some of the ways that WWI changed Mauser's output and appearance. These peacetime guns are made to extremely high commercial standards, and while not as well finished as earlier guns, they are every bit as high quality.
