Time for another Wily stage where the bulk of it is a re-hashed gimmick! This time around there is actually a purpose for the buster, though, so I equip my shiny new Hyper Charge and proceed to spam its over-powered goodness~ The ability to break through enemy shields is just too nice. Aside from that, the stage itself is mostly a bunch of climbing, followed by a more complex Rush Jet segment than was in Tengu Man's stage.

This is where it gets bad, though... The BOSS for this stage actually takes place while still flying along on Rush Jet. While I will admit suddenly going all scrolling shooter even for the boss is at least a neat gimmick, the boss itself is incredibly bland. It has a few different attacks that you can see coming, and the only reason you will ever get hit is either clumsiness or the boss spams too many projectiles. The boss is so dull, I never even bothered figuring its weakness out, and was not even trying during the fight, just taking the hits every now and then. Yeeeeah... I really dislike this stage.
