Almost no one in the community is doing hot upgrades and that's a shame. This is largely due to their perceived danger, stemming from a lack of information about how they work. Hot upgrades may be the right choice and they may not; the goal of this talk is to look at what's required to do them, when they're easy, and when they're hard. Then developers will be able to make their own choices and, hopefully, leverage this powerful language tool.
