Pneumatic piston filler NEWECO DT-250 is a compact table-top device used for filling of tubes and other open containers such as jars, bottles etc., with dense fluids, such as creams, gels, etc. The device requires one operator, who inserts empty tubes, initiates filling with the foot pedal and removes filled tubes.
Key features of the tube filler:
• The device is made of stainless steel AISI 304
• All elements having contact with product are made of stainless steel AISI 316
• Suction at the filler nozzle
• Filling accuracy error: less than 1 % of volume
• Output up to 900 pcs. / h
