Merchants are able to void and refund sales from the Transactions app. Select the transaction you wish to void or refund. From the transaction details, you have an option to void or refund. The Transactions app is also accessible within the Terminal and Register app by selecting the ‘menu’ in the top left corner. Remember, If the payment has not been captured and settled, the best practice is to perform a void.
