Paul Maynard MP for Blackpool North & Cleveleys discusses the need to improve connectivity within the north with Secretary of State for Transport, Phillip Hammond.
Highlighting projects such as the Nothern Hub, Paul suggests that not only Government investment and support is needed to imrpove northern transport but effective regional strategic planning to follow suit.
