Today I test drive a modified 2015 Subaru WRX STI Launch Edition!
Met up with Champion Car Company to review their new STI! This has nearly full bolt-ons, upgraded fuel system and a full Invidia exhaust! It has been custom dyno tuned and is pushing out low 323 WHP and mid 356 WTQ.
It has an external wastegate that makes it sound epic under full boost! It peaks about 20 psi and has a linear power band.
Overall the car is easy to drive like a normal stock STI, clutch is slightly stiffer, but you still have the same amount of comfort. Performance wise it has a great amount of additional power over stock and is super responsive and fun to drive!
The Launch Edition has a beautiful blue paint job with gold wheels, and nice blue leather trim pieces on the interior.
Overall, this is a great daily driver sedan with a manual transmission and a lot of power!
