Have you ever heard of or eaten a Kohlrabi? We hadn't until about 10 years ago when we decided to plant it in our garden. Let me tell you something, it was yummy! Especially when we started adding it to our chinese foods like stir fry. After some trial and error we also learned how to freeze it so we could eat it all year long! I hope to teach you that in this video also.
