20 nos dates
1 tbsp Ginger thinly sliced
1 tbsp Garlic halved
1/2 tsp Asafoetida powder
1/2 tsp Fenugreek powder
6 tbsp red chilly powder
1 tbsp Mustard seeds (crushed
1/2 cup Vinegar
1 tbsp Sugar
1.5 tbsp Salt as required
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup Gingely oil
