Products used: MIRROR FINISH TACK FREE TOPCOAT and Chromes, Pigments.
For the use of Chromes, you can only brush them onto a TACK FREE TOPCOAT.
Some Topcoats Tack Free will give you better results than others. You might see them clear and similar but don't be fooled, their formulations are very different, so is their quality.
