No air traffic control, no talking, no rules. Welcome to FlightSim and Chill!
The Spitfire Mk VIII was an improved, reinforced Spitfire airframe that incorporated several new features and was designed for the Merlin 60 and 70 series engines. The 457 Squadron RAAF, also known as the "Grey Nurse Squadron," flew Spitfire Mk VIII aircraft during World War II. From March to May 1942, it was based in southern England and flew missions over German-occupied France. After being deployed to Australia, No. 457 Squadron was based near Darwin as part of No. 1 Wing RAAF and intercepted several Japanese raids on Allied bases in northern Australia between March and November 1943. All footage is captured real-time using Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and my home-built PC. I fly primarily with an Xbox controller and keyboard, occasionally with a joystick. The computer I built has a Ryzen 5 5600X with an RTX 2060 'Super' GPU, 64GB RAM, and an NVME Drive for storage. The video quality will improve over time as I slowly upgrade the system.
Enjoy the flight!
