Ingredients:
Hi guys! Today for you i have this super delicious cake that is gluten free and vegan! Its easy and fast to make!
375gr Gluten free all purpose flour blend (2 1/2cup)
100gr Unsweetened cocoa powder (1cup)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
340gr coconut sugar (2 cups)
180ml vegetable oil (3/4cup)
2tbsp brewed coffee in 120ml water (1/2cup)
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp cider vinegar
250ml full fat coconut milk (1cup)
Chocolate glaze:
4tbsp plant base milk
2tbsp margarine ( vegan butter)
150gr vegan chocolate
In a bowl mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, and salt. In another bowl with hand mixer, mix oil and sugar. Then mix in vinegar, vanilla and coffee. When all combined add 3th of flour mix and then half of milk. Then half of flour and rest of milk. Mix the rest of flour at the end. Pour mixteur in greased bundt pan and even it out at the top. Bake in preheated oven 180°C (375°F) for 40 - 55 min or till toothpick get out clean from center. For glaze i choosed to melt rice milk with margarine (vegan butter) and chocolate, but if you have your own use that one! Enjoy!
