The 36th installment of Ostronomy TV's Guitar of the Day which features guitars from John Ostronomy's personal collection. This episode focuses on John's 1985 Cardinal Red Epiphone Jupiter Randy Rhoads Style Flying V. It is rumored that this model was quickly discontinued after a threat of a lawsuit from Jackson. John has seen at least two different body shapes of this model in person where the contours on the back near the neck joint were not the same. Also, some of the bodies were routed for a Fender-style tremolo whereas the Kahler Flyer tremolo on John's required no back routing.
