Drum Line, was a fun family friendly event celebrating drumming from around the world. Auckland’s best drummers showed off their stuff and there were workshops at which visiting people could have a go at drumming from Japan, West Africa, Tahiti, The Cook Islands and Aotearoa!

This Video shows the perfomance of group called Tahiti Ia Ora. Tahiti Ia Ora mean ‘Tahiti is Alive’. Tahiti Ia Ora is an innovative world class dance group which maintains the authentic dance, songs, drumming and culture of Tahiti. It was formed 25 years ago and is the only Tahitian dance group in NZ.
