These are 3 of my FAVORITE back exercises you can do at home -- using only a set of dumbbells!
👉🏼I say “for women” here because in my experience, women tend to under-train the back, making it especially important for them to focus on! However, these are great dumbbell back exercises for both men and women.

👉🏼WHY are back exercises so important for women to train?
The back is the largest muscle in the upper body - it’s big, and powerful, and the base for so many of our daily movements. I like to call it one of our “mommy muscles” - aka a muscle that moms use DAILY. Training the back not only can improve strength + posture, but can help prevent injuries!
