Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
2 ( 14 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 ( 10 oz.) bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 ( 32 oz.) bag frozen tater tots
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 F. Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks. Cook until the beef is no longer pink, drain the grease from the skillet.
Add the cream of mushroom soup and frozen vegetables into the skillet with the beef and let cook for a couple more minutes, until the veggies are heated through.
Spread the beef and veggie mixture out into a large greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Top with frozen tater tots in a single layer. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
