The Committee will meet at 9:30 am in the Sir Alexander Fleming Room (CR3)
1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 4 and 5 in private.
2. Cross-Party Group: The Committee will consider a note from the clerk on Cross-Party Group membership.
3. Commissioner for Ethical Standards in Public Life in Scotland: The Committee will consider a revision to the Direction to the Commissioner for Ethical Standards in Public Life in Scotland.
4. Code of Conduct for MSPs: The Committee will consider a note from the clerk on the Code of Conduct for MSPs.
5. Correspondence: The Committee will consider correspondence.
Proposed future business
