Kids can look for the gorge’s mascot, a “tunnel” worm, and his family hidden in the walls along the river. It’s an easy walk on the elevated walkway through the gorge, but only the west half is open to strollers and wheelchairs. There’s a fun playground outside the west entrance, a nice reward for kids after the walk. The Aare Gorge is usually combined with a visit to the nearby Reichenbach waterfalls.
