Us South Africans love to braai (South African barbeque / grill) anytime of the year, no matter the weather.
Spring is around the corner but I couldn’t wait so I decided to cook my favourite braai, on a cool British afternoon – outside temperature was 7 °C.
This video shows me cooking my ultimate favourite meal… lamb chops, boerewors and ‘pap en sous’ – chakalaka. I kept it simple and anyone can replicate it.
