Sponge Recipe (6 inch):
250g melted butter
250g caster sugar
200g eggs
250g self-raising flour
Pinch vanilla
Swiss Meringue Buttercream:
200g egg white
400g caster sugar
400g softened butter
White chocolate ganache:
40ml double cream
60g white chocolate
