Heated seats fuses are located in the main fuse box which is next to the battery, under the front hood:

FUSE F63: Front Heated Seats (25A) 2014 - 2023
FUSE F64: Rear Heated Seats (25A) 2019 +

If both fuses are good then test if power is coming to the heated seats switch, check wiring and electrical connections.
