After reading the reviews and seeing other customer pictures, I decided to do it!
Both varieties are cold hardy and the avocado is self-fertile, meaning it will not need another tree to polinate to produce. They did state that it might help create more production (much like what my olive and citrus trees say), so maybe one day I will get another one.
