Chester is an adult male Grey-Headed Flying-Fox who was found on the ground beside a busy road.
The lovely member of public put a milk crate and towel over him and called for rescue.
Chester has managed to hit his head somewhere during whatever accident he encountered, and he's feeling a little unhappy about his current situation.

He will spend some time in hospital care, then aviary care, and will be released when he's feeling better. He's just missed the last release cycle for the season so he may not be released till just after Christmas.
