"SIVARATRI" is the most awaited festival in this village. This festival potrays the Cultures and Traditions of yanamalakuduru.Many people from different villages in krishna distric visit this holy place and attend the grand marriage function of shiva and parvathy devi and ask for their blessing and participate in the Prabha Mohotsavam which happens every year.

in the past, more than 1000 muni's(maharshulu) did tappasu on our hill for years...for the sake of "LokaKalyanam" that's why village name is changed from veyi munula kuduru to "YENAMALAKUDURU"
We called our powerfull god as "Sri Sri Sri RAMALINGESWARA SWAMY" who protect our village from disasters,threats and gave the people good wealth ,health. we have the blessings of shiva at every point of our work,that's why the people who trust lord shiva are eating a fruit called "success".
Our village is famous for the festival called "SHIVARATRI"(shiva kalyanam),on that day we do fast and jagaram(we dont sleep on that night).
on the early morning of the day we doo holy bath(pavitra snanam)in the river krishna and we go staright away to the temple and get blesssings from the lord.
