✓cinnamon (ಚಕ್ಕೆ) - 2 small pieces
✓cloves (ಲವಂಗ) - 2 nos
✓pepper corn ( ಮೆಣಸು) - 4 nos
✓jeera (ಜೀರಿಗೆ) - 1 Tbsp
✓fresh grated coconut ( ತುರಿದ ತೆಂಗಿನ ತುರಿ) - ½ Cup
✓Roasted Chana dal (ಹುರಿಗಡಲೆ) - 2 Tbsp
✓Onion (ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ) - ½ portion
✓Coriander (ಕೊತಂಬರಿ ) -¼ Cup
✓ Chillies (ಮೆಣಸಿನ ಕಾಯಿ) - 3
✓ Ginger (ಶುಂಠಿ) - 2 small pieces

for boiling:

✓peas ( ಬಟಾಣಿ) - 1 Cup
✓Potato ( ಆಲೂಗಡ್ಡೆ) - 1 Cup
✓Beans ( ಹುರಳಿ ಕಾಯಿ) - 1 Cup
✓Carrot (ಕ್ಯಾರಟ್) - 1 Cup
✓Salt (ಉಪ್ಪು) - As per taste

Seasoning for mysore style vegetable Sagu:

✓oil (ಎಣ್ಣೆ) - 2 Tbsp
✓ mustard seeds (ಸಾಸಿವೆ) - ¼ Tbsp
✓ Asafoetida ( ಇಂಗು ) - ¼ Tsp
✓Turmeric (ಅರಿಶಿನ) -¼ Tsp
✓ Urad dal (ಉದ್ದಿನ ಬೇಳೆ) - ½ Tbsp
✓ chana dal ( ಕಡಲೆ ಬೇಳೆ) - ½ Tbsp
