Whenever you're playing with your crew, or your friends, or in public lobbies, there's always someone in the lobby who wants a heist with a huge experience reward, to get a bit closer to that coveted Infamy XXV. Recently we shared our full stealth Counterfeit strategy, which allows your crew to farm experience while half of your crew takes a break for dinner. However, for 4 heisters actively playing, there are heists with a higher EXP/min ratio, and this is probably the highest one!
There's an experience reward for each bag secured (1,000 per bag, with a total of 21~25 bags), as well as increased experience reward for using the bus escape.
The theoretical maximum experience reward for this heist (4 players, 8 Team Boosts, 25% Stealth bonus, Infamy XXV) is 5,681,250 EXP (in roughly 8 minutes), or 4,292,191 for Infamy XIII (as an example). If you collect the 10 randomly placed Gage packages, there's a small bonus of 70,313 or 53,121, respectively.

0:00 → Preplanning.
0:08 → Heist starts.

0:25 → ECM rush starts.
1:01 → Time lock started.
1:11 → First ECM used (all pocket ECMs up to this point).
1:18 → Finding the second keycard.
1:51 → Activating berserker for saw efficiency.
2:20 → Example of what happens if you don't chain ECMs properly.

2:50 → Moving on to the vault area.
3:27 → Vault opens, start moving the loot.
4:49 → Alarm goes off.
5:00 → Moving bags to the safe zone after the bus.

5:24 → EXP breakdown.
5:29 → End screen!

➽ What about SHADOW RAID or CRIME SPREE?
Shadow Raid, a commonly chosen heist for ECM rushing for experience, rewards 22,000 EXP for a 2-3 minute ECM rush.
Big Bank rewards 71,000~75,000 EXP for a 7-9 minute ECM rush.

Even if you rush Shadow Raid thrice in the same time, you'll get less experience and also quickly reach the EXP malus penalty (which goes from -1% to -30% EXP). Thus, Big Bank is more time-efficient, while also being less prone to reaching the EXP malus, and more convenient to combine with an stealth bonus.

Crime Spree will undoubtedly always be the best EXP farming method, due to how the catch-up bonus works. It's a reasonable strategy if you have to raise the CS level by yourself, but with the amount of absurdly high-level public CS lobbies, that's often not done. At some point however, after you get yet another infamy by ECM rushing a quick FBI Server, you start feeling like you're progressing too fast while barely playing the game! But if you like this option, definitely go for it! :)
