Normally many of us paint this candy cane with a red ribbon bow and I LOVE red, but in a small composition, so much red is really an exaggeration. Therefore I painted the ribbon bow with gold. Okay, gold is also mine. ;-)
You may ask me, why I added diluted blue to the white section. I like this way the illustration better. It was just a candy cane, nothing more. In a composition I would have left the stick white...
