It's not pretty, but I get the job done. My soldiers are very underleveled, as not much went my way during the campaign. I tried a few different tactics, however, with my people so low, I found the best option was to rush Bellower.

The crits probably saved me in the second phase. That said, I had to do the fight again (my game crashed during the cutscene) and did it without any, so who knows.
