Procesul de transformare este dureros dacă nu este însoțit de toate resursele pe care le aduce iubirea. Opusul iubirii nu este ura ci este judecata. În momentul în care îi judeci pe ceilalți, îi critici pe ceilalți îți refuzi accesul la cele mai importate resurse: de a vedea binele la ceilalți, de a-ți accesa empatia, de a fi alături de ceilalți.
Mirela Ștețco crede cu tărie că poți să trăiești autentic dacă îți dai voie să înveți în continuu și să te bucuri de frumusețea din oameni. Cu un master în Management educațional și o certificare în coaching Mirela Ștețco coordonează din 2014 echipa de tutori care susține profesorii Teach for Romania, printr-un program de învățare care îmbină trainingul, mentoratul și coachingul.

Transforming process can be painful if it is not accompanied by all the resources that love brings. Opposite of love is not hate, it is judgment. In the moment when you judge others when you criticize them you negate your access to the most important resources: to see the good in others, to access your empathy, to be together with others.
Mirela Şteţco strongly believes that you can truly live if you allowed to yourself to learn continually and enjoy the beauty of people. With a Master in Educational Management and Coaching Certification, Mirela Şteţco has coordinated since 2014 team of tutors of the teachers from the program ”Teach for Romania” through a learning program that combines training, mentoring and coaching.
Mirela Şteţco is a Letters graduate, with a Masters in Educational Management and a Coaching Certification. Professor, Methodist, Trainer, Educational Projects Coordinator, Mirela chose to restart her passion for education. Currently, she coordinates the Teach for Romania support for teachers' team through an innovative learning program that combines training, mentoring and coaching. Believe it hard that you only live authentic if you allow yourself to learn continually and enjoy the beauty of people and life experiences. She claims she finds it difficult to breathe without integrity, fairness and compassion, because they are all connected to her personal mission.
