While my crew and I were setting up candles for the annual 23,110 candle Illumination at Antietam Battlefield, a C-5 Galaxy flew low over head. The first fly over, I was simply amazed (too shocked to think of filming). She then proceeded to turn around and make another pass (the one shown in the video) and my god just listen to those engines howl...
It's too beautiful to describe, looking back on that day in those fields in 1862, and now in 2010, as a C-5 flies off into the sunset. A truly perfect, rare, and once in a life time sight.
