Join me for a Gentle Pilates workout for the 60+ age group. This mat pilates session will increase your core strength and stability, improve joint flexibility and help with the general aches & pains that come with age. With exercises to help improve strength, coordination and balance this is lovely session for anyone looking to get moving safely and with control whilst building up muscle strength and flexibility. Doing these exercises regularly will improve all these things so I recommend doing this workout three times a week. Take your time and do what you can, if anything is too challenging for you right now, don't worry, just rest and come back and try again when you're ready. This session will also work well for anyone non senior looking for a gentle workout using the pilates fundamental exercises.
