The IEBC now says it will not be giving updates on Presidential results from the constituencies, but will only sum up the tally and announce the final results.
The media will also have a dedicated feed, showing results coming in from the constituencies, but will have to wait for the IEBC to declare the winner.
At a meeting with the media to fine tune details of the election, the IEBC also assured they have put in place mechanisms to protect the sanctity of the vote.
