Today we stack a property auction deal that has multiple angles and strategies that can be applied.
One option is to flip the property after a minor refurb or convert the property from a one bedroom apartment to two bedrooms.
This work appears fairly simple to do on this one. Also, there is a virtual video of the internals of the apartment.
Our chosen option is flip it as a two bedroom flat subject to confirmation of the size of the apartment. Some of the literature suggested it was just 50 square metres large.
50 square metres is the size of a one bedroom, two occupier flat according to the national space standards.
This is important because if converted to a two bed flat it would be a fairly small 2 bedroom unit.
