- 2 žličice soli
- 300 grama luka
- 30 grama češnjaka
- 1 jabuka (200 grama)
- maslinovo ulje
- crni papar u zrnu
- 2 grančice ružmarina (ili jedna žličica suhog)
- 2 grančice timijana (ili jedna žličica suhog)
- 250 mililitara pilećeg temeljca (ili voda + kocka za juhu)
- 15 grama gustina (škrobno brašno)

- 250 milliliters of chicken stock (or water + chicken broth cube)
