This recipe can be made before the party just reheat in the oven and enjoy with your guests.


Ingredients

* 500g ground meat,
* 2 medium size eggplant,
* 1 onion,
* 1 handful minced parsley or coriander,
* 1 tsp paprika,
* 1/2 tsp chilli powder,
* 1 tsp salt or to taste,
* 2 green peppers sliced ,
* Handful of cherry tomatoes,
* 1/4 cup of olive oil,
For sauce
* 4 tbsp tomato purée
* 1/2 tsp white pepper,
* 1 tsp salt or to taste,
* 1 cup warm.
