Day 2 is in full swing with fresh energy from Group 1 of 10 finalists. They have finished its Or Noir Chocolate Tablets of the Future – an amazing parade of futuristic tablets presented to the jury.
Their daunting task: complete reinvent the traditional chocolate tablet in shape, design. Yet also in flavours: new pairings, new sensations and all made with their unique Or Noir chocolate, made from bean to bar in the Or Noir Lab of Cacao Barry.
