HOW TO Get 50 GRAMS Of Protein At Breakfast!! 👇🏼
One of the biggest changes I’ve made to my diet in the last few years is prioritizing high quality PROTEIN - especially first thing in the morning! This is my FUEL for the day - and keeps me full until lunch!
Here’s the breakfast I eat almost every single day (and how the protein adds up!):
1️⃣2 Eggs (12 grams protein)
2️⃣1 Bowl Protein Oats (43 grams protein)
= 50 grams protein!!
👇🏼Here’s how I make my Protein Oats:
INGREDIENTS:
✔️1/2 Cup Oatmeal (5 grams protein)
✔️1 Cup Milk of Choice (8 grams protein)
✔️1 Scoop Protein Powder (my favorite is the Vanilla Egg White Protein Powder from @nowfoodsofficial - 20 grams protein)
✔️ 1 Scoop Collagen (10 grams protein)
MAKE IT:
👉🏼Mix together oatmeal and milk. Microwave for 1 minute. Take out of the microwave, then stir in protein, collagen, and fruit of choice (fresh berries are my favorite!). And sometimes I top with nut butter too! Enjoy!!
