In this video I discuss the ongoing workforce crisis that is crippling Russian Industry. Russia's population is declining as a result of a long term low birth rate and high death rates however this situation has been made significantly worse by the War in Ukraine. A combination of mass emigration, military recruitment and the introduction of a Wartime Economy has led to a 'personnel famine' and companies are now also struggling with rising wages and high interest rates.
